How Wellness Hives Handles Your Order
Quick Order Processing
At Wellness Hives, our order processing is automated for efficiency. Once you place an order, it’s processed within minutes and prepared for shipping.
Payment and Shipping Label
The time it takes to process your payment may vary. Your order will be shipped only after payment has cleared. Although we typically generate your shipping label immediately, banks may take up to three to four business days to process payments. During holidays and peak seasons, this timeframe could extend to six business days.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order details and a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.
Shipping Details
Domestic Shipping: We use reliable ground shipping for all orders within the U.S.
Delivery Estimate: Delivery generally takes about 5 business days after your payment is processed.
Shipping Limitations: We currently have restrictions on shipping to P.O. boxes or military bases. If you wish to ship to one of these locations, please contact us beforehand so we can verify with our shipping carrier if it’s possible.
Handling Damages and Losses
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at wellnesshives@gmail.com so we can assist you.
Lost Packages: In case of a lost package, rest assured that we will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue. All items are insured against loss by the carrier.
